Seng Heng Shipping Sdn Bhd (Send Hung) (546887-V) is the main company that has three wholly onwed subsidiaries under its wing - Seng Heng Speedboat Services (Seng Heng) (200/99), Intratise Sdn Bhd (ISB) (Intrarise) (515014-P) and Intra Blue Ocean Engineering Sdn Bhd (IBOE) (Intra Blue) (855544-X).
- The Company's operations commenced with Seng Heng Speedboat Services in 1999 whose initial business was passenger boat transporttion services and focusing on transportation for the offshore oil and gas industry. Seng Heng Cooperate is one of the most reliable passenger boats transport and chartering services company of its kind in Miri, Sarawak. The company provides the main source of sea transport services for the offshores companies.
- This was however expanded in 2000 that a wholly new company Seng Heng Shipping Sdn Bhd and Intrarise Sdn Bhd to include provisioning of maintenance services, equipment & ship spares supplies, boats and vessels charter supplies, land & sea transport services, offshores general application services.
- Sinces its inception, the company has been awarded with numerous contracts including those by Petronas Carigali, Sarawak Shell Berhad and etc.
- On 2010, another wholly new company Intra Blue Ocean Engineering Sdn Bhd to mainly purpose to provide welding and fabricating services for offshores oil and gas industry. And also, providing ship building on the mentioned year.
